Trusted Placement Options for Children and Families
Foster Care Services
We provide licensed foster homes for children who cannot remain with their biological families—offering stability, safety, and emotional support. Our foster families are trained, supported, and backed by 24/7 access to our experienced staff.
- Assigned licensor to each foster home
- Help throughout the licensing process
- Support for kinship and relative placements
- Ongoing training and in-person/virtual support groups
Adoption Services
For children we can’t return home, we facilitate permanent placements with care. We guide families through every step of the adoption journey – offering thorough preparation, ongoing support, and coordination that helps the process.
- Public Private Permanency Collaboration (PPPC) funding—services at virtually no cost
- Focus on MN Waiting Children (ages 12+ and sibling groups)
- Post-adoption support and peer mentoring
- Separate staff for licensing and case management ensures focused support at every step
Child-Specific Recruitment (CSR)
Some children need a uniquely matched family. Our team uses targeted recruitment strategies to find adoptive homes for youth with specific needs—working closely with community partners and specialized agencies to expand placement options.
